Channeling the Entrepreneurial Talent and Knowledge of the Economic Community in the 2022 UYEC Competition

For the economic community, of course, they are already familiar with the Business Plan competition. Many students from the economics faculty are eyeing this type of competition. Exactly in March 2022, the entrepreneurship student work unit of Udayana University held a training competition and seminar on business and entrepreneurship intended for all members of the Entrepreneurship UKM which is also the work program of the Entrepreneurship UKM or more familiarly called UYEC (Udayana Young Etrepreneur Community). This is one of the media for training and development for Udayana University students who are members of UYEC or who are not members of UYEC. This competition consists of three series of events, firstly there will be a collection of BMC (Business Model Canvas), secondly there will be a seminar discussing the preparation of business proposals, and the climax is the final presentation of business ideas / BPC (Business Plan Competition) from each team.


There were dozens of teams participating in the competition to win the title, therefore the participants must have struggled very hard. Sweet n Sour Team consisting of 3 people, namely, Azhar Condronegoro, I Made Dwipayana Yasa and Tiara Hanifah Budika Putri won 1st place. Azhar said "Dreams come true, since debuting with Tiara and dwipa since October we finally managed to get 1st place". Stand ovation for Sweet n Sour Team because they have fought hard all this time so that they won 1st place. In addition, there is the ALINWAN Team which consists of 4 people and is chaired by Made Laksana Verhen Kuru from the management study program '20 Udayana University which succeeded in bringing the team to the championship position 2, Verhen said that the competition this time was very good and interesting, besides that by participating in this competition, he and his team could gain experience in entrepreneurship-based competitions. Ayu Amanda Gita Darmapatni, one of the members of the ALINWAN Team said "It is definitely an honor to be a part of this competition, especially being able to occupy the second position which is already a big achievement in this competition. And of course it will add new experiences". Bravo to ALINWAN Team who have worked hard to win 2nd place.


This academic achievement, especially in the field of entrepreneurship, is expected to be a motivation and reflection for all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University to continue to be productive and achieve achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. In addition, the pandemic does not become a barrier for students to continue to make achievements and make their alma mater proud.
