FEB Unud Launches Application as a Means of Submission of Complaints and Complaints from the Academic Community
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (FEB UNUD) created an application called the Complaints and Complaints Report (LAPAK). This LAPAK application can later be accessed by the academic community and stakeholders to submit reports and complaints related to the services provided by FEB UNUD. This application was officially launched on Friday, December 17, 2021 in the Hall of Gedung B.H., FEB UNUD Sudirman-Denpasar.
The LAPAK application is made to answer and minimize all complaints and services that are considered unfavorable at FEB UNUD. Reports and Services in question include academic services, facilities and infrastructure services, finance, student services and complaints against violence and sexual harassment.
The Dean of FEB UNUD Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, Ph.D., in the launch event stated that LAPAK is one of the ambitious projects made by FEB UNUD. The Dean said that FEB UNUD was open to receiving reports, complaints, and criticisms from all parties. All of that will be used to improve in a better direction.
At the launch event, there was also an explanation and demo of the LAPAK application by the CEO of Bithouse, Edy S. Putra,. With these explanations and demonstrations, stakeholders can understand and be able to use the LAPAK application properly, correctly and responsibly (Nur)
