Management Initiation 2021 is an alma mater socialization activity at the study program level, especially the Management study program. This activity was held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 through the Cisco Webex Meetings Application. The purpose of holding the initiation of management.

The general goal is to provide briefing to new students so that they can more quickly adapt to the campus environment, especially the Management Study Program and implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The basis for implementing this Management Initiation activity is the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the work program of the Management Student Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This activity is designed to provide an introduction to college life for new students, about how to learn in higher education, as well as an introduction to the Management Study Program. This activity is also carried out to train cooperation, creativity, self-discipline and foster ethics and scientific attitude of each participant in the Management Initiation.

The theme of the 2021 Management Initiative is "Creating Intellectual People with Global Competitiveness by Increasing the Spirit of CREATIVITY (Critical, Explorative, Visionary, Integrity) and ADAPTIVE Behavior (Active, Dedicative, Productive, Expressive)". This activity begins with the absence of initiation participants, opening ceremony, presentation of material by the Coordinator of the Management Study Program by Prof. Dr. Dra I Gusti Ayu Ketut Giantari, M.Sc., LKMM socialization, voting for selected coordinators, testimonials from outstanding students, HIMA video screenings, introduction to HIMA Management, announcement of appointment of selected co-ordinators, video screening of 2021 Management Initiation committee, closing ceremony which was officially closed by Mr. I Made Suwandana, SE, MM and finally closed with the collection of assignments for Management Initiation participants.
