Implementation of the Integrity Zone Evaluation by the Ministry of PANRB at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University


On Thursday, October 2, 2025, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Udayana University received a visit from the Ministry of PANRB Evaluator Team for the purpose of implementing the Integrity Zone (ZI) Evaluation. The activity, held in the 4th Floor Leaders Meeting Room of the FEB Unud Dean’s Building, was attended by the Rector, Vice Rector II, Dean, Vice Deans, Head and Secretary of the Senate, Head and Secretary of Commissions, Study Program Coordinators, IBSN Program Coordinator, Head of the Business Unit, Unit Coordinators, Head of Administration, Sub-Coordinators, representatives of lecturers and staff, and the FEB Unud ZI Development Team.



In his welcoming speech, the Rector of Udayana University emphasized the university's commitment to continually present governance with integrity. FEB Unud is positioned as a role model for a clean, service-oriented, and quality-focused faculty in supporting Udayana University’s step towards becoming a PTN-BH (State University with Legal Entity status). The Ministry of PANRB Team representative also stated that this visit aimed to deeply explore the systems, processes, and impact of the innovations carried out by the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University.


During their evaluation, the Ministry of PANRB Team also highlighted various FEB Unud innovations, such as EQUITY for monitoring partner cooperation and SINDIBekerja, which supports competency-based lecturer scheduling. Additionally, they noted SIESHA as a digital academic advising system and STORI, which ensures the transparency of student assessments. These innovations are concrete proof of FEB Unud’s commitment to improving the efficiency, transparency, and quality of the lecturers' Tridharma (three pillars of higher education: teaching, research, and community service).


In the discussion session, the evaluator team appreciated the ongoing innovations while providing a note for FEB Unud to complete concrete evidence of their impact on Key Performance Indicators (IKU), graduate quality, and lecturer publications. With the spirit of the Integrity Zone, the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University is committed to maintaining the WBK–WBBM predicate and making existing best practices a replication model for other faculties at Udayana University.
