5th Equilibrium Art Competition
Equilibrium Art Competition (EAC) is a work program held by division 2 BEM FEB Udayana University. In 2020 this activity raised the theme: Bhineka Tunggal Ika Tan Hana Dharma Mangrwa which means unity in the diversity of arts and culture that is expected so that later all the younger generation, especially in the campus of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University can better understand, master, preserve art and Balinese culture. This activity was held on Sunday, July 19, 2020, which took place in the Hall of the BH Building, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. This year, the activities of the EAC underwent many changes due to the covid-19 pandemic. The series of activities this year began with the selection of all participants online, then selected 6 participants from each category then the participants appeared directly before the judges. In order to follow the health protocol to prevent covid-19 transmission, the EAC facilitates so that supporters of the contestants can continue to watch the race by using live streaming on YouTube. This activity was opened with a Cendrawasih dance performed by FEB students as well as remarks by the Chairperson of the Committee, Chair of BEM FEB Unud, then Vice Dean III and ending with the MC. The objectives of the Equilibrium Art Competition (EAC) are:
1. Preserve Balinese culture and traditional arts.
2. Aligning the minds of young Balinese about the importance of preserving traditional arts.
3. Foster a sense of togetherness and kinship among the economic and business community of Udayana University and the younger generation in Bali Province.
4. Developing creativity, interest and talent, and love of art in the wider community, especially the younger generation of Bali.
5. As a forum for young people, especially young Balinese to work with the potential they have in the arts.
6. As a means to introduce the BSO of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University to the people of Bali.
Equilibrium Art Competition opens 2 categories of competitions, namely:
• Taruna Jaya Dance Competition with the number of participants: 17 Participants.
The judges who judged the dance from Taruna Jaya consisted of 3 judges, namely:
1 Ni Komang Sri Wahyuni, S.St., M.Sn.
2 A.A Ayu Mayun Artati, S.St., M.Sn.
3 I Made Sugiarta, S.Sn., M.Si.
• Solo Pop Song Cover Competition with the number of participants: 23 participants.
The judges who judge Solo Pop Song Cover, consisting of 3 judges, namely:
1 Anak Agung Ngurah Bagus Kesuma Yudha, S.S., M.Si.
2 I Made Yudi Dharmawan, S.E.
3 I Dewa Gede Dana Sugama, S.H., M.H.
The top 3 winners of the 5th Equilibrium Art Competition in the Taruna Jaya Dance category:
1. Champion I won the lottery number 06 in the name of Ni Luh Gede Wahyu Satyaningrum.
2. Champion II won the lottery number 15 on behalf of Putu Dewi Kariasih.
3. Champion III won by lottery participant number 12 on behalf of Ida Ayu Triana Titania Manuaba.
And the champion hopes I, II, and III of the 5th Equilibrium Art Competition in the Taruna Jaya Dance category:
1. Hope I was won by lottery participant number 9 on behalf of Ni Wayan Arma Yonika Sari.
2. Hope II was won by participant of lottery number 01 on behalf of Ni Luh Made Dian Purnami Putri.
3. Hope III is won by participant of lottery number 08 on behalf of Ni Putu Putri Ditha Sumarindewi Oka.
And the Favorite Champion of the 5th Equilibrium Art Competition in the Taruna Jaya Dance category:
1. Favorite Champion won by lottery participant number 16 on behalf of Ni Made Dwi Tarazanny.
The winners of the 5th Equilibrium Art Competition in the Solo Pop Song Cover category:
1. Champion I won by lottery participant number 25 on behalf of Putu Cintya Dhea.
2. Champion II won the lottery number 26 on behalf of Matthew Christian Maki.
3. Champion III won by lottery participant number 12 on behalf of Ni Wayan Diah Wiradnyani.
And the first, second and third place winners of the 5th Equilibrium Art Competition in the Solo Pop Song Cover category:
1. Hope I won by lottery number 02 on behalf of I Putu Yoan Sugiantara.
2. Hope II is won by lottery number 16 in the name of Leonardus P. M. Watu Sigi.
3. Hope III is won by lottery number 04 in the name of Luh Gd Devani Astrid Wira Putri.
As well as the Favorite Champion of the 5th Equilibrium Art Competition in the Solo Pop Song Cover category:
1. Favorite Champion won by lottery number 13 on behalf of Putu Sita Ardi Cahyani.
Thus a review of the 2020 Equilibrium Art Competition 2020 event organized by the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, hopefully all the series of activities carried out can be beneficial and can foster the spirit of art and culture in Bali.
