DOCTORAL PROMOTION SESSION I GUSTI PUTU AGUNG WIDYAGOCA, SE., MM. PSDIM FEB UNUD
Students of the Management Science Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, on behalf of I Gusti Putu Agung Widyagoca, SE., MM., held a doctoral promotion session and officially held a doctoral degree on Friday, March 22, 2024.
The Doctoral Promotion Session was chaired by the Chairman of the Session, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Anom Purbawangsa, S.E., M.M., as the Coordinator of the Management Science Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.
The dissertation raised by Promovendus I Gusti Putu Agung Widyagoca, SE, MM, which was able to bring Promovendus to a doctoral degree, was Antecedents of Competitive Advantage that Impact on Organizational Sustainability (Study on Four and Five Star Hotels in Bali).
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational competence, and competitive advantage on organizational sustainability and analyze the mediating role of competitive advantage in the influence of organizational culture and organizational competence on organizational sustainability.
This Doctoral Promotion Session was held offline, which took place at BH Building Floor 3.4 FEB Unud-Sudirman, where the promoter of Promovendus was Prof. Dr. Wayan Gede Supartha, S.E., S.U., and for Co-Promoter I, namely Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D., and Co-Promoter II, Dr. Ida Bagus Ketut Surya, S.E., M.M. This doctoral promotion was also attended by three academic invitees consisting of Dr. Yeyen Komalasari, S.E., M.M., Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma, S.E., M.Si, and Dr. Ni Putu Ayu Sintya Saraswati, S.E., M.M. Promovendus is a lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Ngurah Rai University. Promovendus successfully passed the exam with a very satisfactory score.
