Students of the Management Science Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, on behalf of I Made Sumitra, S.E., M.M., held a doctoral promotion session and officially held a doctoral degree on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Ida Bagus Anom Purbawangsa, S.E., M.M., is the Coordinator of the Doctor of Management Science Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.

The theme of the dissertation raised by Promovendus I Made Sumitra, S.E., M.M., which was able to bring Promovendus to a doctoral degree, was the moderating effect of Tri Hita Karana on the effect of green human resources management on employee performance mediated by organizational identification (Study on Five-Star Hotels in Bali that Received the Tri Hita Karana Award).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of green HRM on employee performance and organizational identification in five-star hotels in Bali. The results showed that green HRM has no significant effect on employee performance in five-star hotels that have received the Tri Hita Karana Award.

This Doctoral Promotion Session was held offline, which took place at BH Building Floor 3.4 FEB Unud-Sudirman, where the promoter of Promovendus was Prof. Dr. Wayan Gede Supartha, S.E., S.U., and for Co-Promoter I, Prof. Dr. I Gede Riana, S.E., M.M., and Co-Promoter II is Dr. Ida Bagus Ketut Surya, S.E., M.M. This doctoral promotion was also attended by three academic invitees consisting of Mr. Tjok Bagus Pemayun, A.Par., MM, Dr. Agus Made Yoga Iswara, BBA, BBM, MM, CHA, Dr. Luh Kadek Budi Martini, SE, M.M., and Dr. Ni Made Yeni Widayani, S.H., M.M. The promovendus is the chairperson of the Monarch Bali Foundation. Promovendus successfully passed the examination with a very satisfactory score.
