Students of the Management Science Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, on behalf of I Nyoman Resa Adhika, S.E., M.M., held a doctoral promotion session and officially held a doctoral degree on Friday, May 31, 2024.

Ida Bagus Anom Purbawangsa, S.E., M.M., is the Coordinator of the Doctor of Management Science Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.

The educational history of Promovendus I Nyoman Resa Adhika, S.E., M.M., is that she graduated from the Bachelor of Economics, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, in 2012 and from the Master of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, in 2015.

The dissertation theme raised by Promovendus I Nyoman Resa Adhika, S.E., M.M., which was able to bring Promovendus to a doctoral degree, was the Influence of Asta Dasa Paramiteng Prabhu Leadership on Team Transparency, Workplace Spirituality, and Employee Integrity (Study at Village Credit Institutions in Bali Province).

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between asta dasa paramiteng prabhu leadership and team transparency, workplace spirituality, and employee integrity, both in direct and indirect relationships. The results showed that asta dasa paramiteng prabhu leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee integrity. Asta dasa paramiteng prabhu leadership has a positive and significant effect on workplace spirituality. Asta dasa paramiteng prabhu leadership has a positive and significant effect on team transparency. Team transparency has no effect on employee integrity. Team transparency has a positive and significant effect on workplace spirituality.

This Doctoral Promotion Session was held offline, which took place at BH Building Floor 3.4 FEB Unud-Sudirman, where the promoter of the promovendus was Prof. Dr. I Gede Riana, S.E., M.M., and the co-promoter I was Dr. I Made Artha Wibawa, S.E., M.M., and the co-promoter II was Dr. Made Surya Putra, S.E., M.Si. This doctoral promotion was also attended by four academic invitees consisting of Dr. Putu Kepramareni, S.E., M.M., Dr. Yeyen Komalasari, S.E., M.M., Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma, S.E., M.Si, and Dr. Made Satria Pramanda Putra, A.Md., S.H., S.E., M.M.

Promovendus is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahasaraswati University. Promovendus successfully passed the exam with honors (Cumlaude).
