FEB Unud and NIDA Business School Thailand Establish Cooperation to Ensure the Future of Quality Education
The Faculty of Economics and Business of Udayana University (FEB Unud) developed international cooperation with NIDA Business School Thailand by handing over a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Letter of Intensity (LoI) at the Boonchana Attakhor Building, NIDA Business School Thailand campus, on Friday, September 15, 2023. At the same time, in order to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions, the signing of the IA (Implementation of Arrangement) was carried out, and on this occasion, FEB Unud was represented by the Coordinator of the Master of Management Study Program, Dr. Ica Rika Candraningrat, S.E., M.M., and the Head of the International Affairs Team, I Gede Nandya Oktora P, S.E., MBA, CRA, CRP. The team from FEB Unud was welcomed directly by the Dean of NIDA Business School, Tatchawan Kanitpong, Ph.D., and Assistant to the President for International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Aree Manosuthikit. Prof. Aree Manosuthikit, Ph.D., and Director of the Accelerated MBA Program, Asst. Prof. Praowpan Tansitpong, Ph.D. This event is not only a symbolic sign but also a real proof of FEB Unud's commitment to deepen substantial international cooperation. In this meeting, FEB Unud and NIDA Business School Thailand discussed the evaluation of previous cooperation and opportunities for cooperation that can be implemented in the following year.
In the Even Semester 2022/2023, the FEB Unud Master of Management Study Program and NIDA Business School have successfully run a lecturer exchange program involving Asst. Prof. Praowpan Tansitpong from NIDA Business School, Dr. Ica Rika Candraningrat, S.E., M.M., and Ni Nyoman Ayu Diantini, Ph.D. At this event, there was also a certificate of appreciation for Asst. Prof. Praowpan Tansitpong from NIDA Business School. Prof. Praowpan Tansitpong for his outstanding contribution. The cooperation plan that will be carried out to strengthen networking and cooperation in the field of Tri Darma Perguraun Tinggi is co-supervisor of final assignments, regular student exchange, short courses, joint research, and international community services.
This collaboration will bring great benefits to students, academic staff, and the development of science in both institutions. In line with this statement, Nandya Oktora, the Head of the FEB Unud International Affairs Team, hopes that there will be more similar opportunities to add to the FEB network, which is in line with the vision of internationalization, so that education in FEB Unud is of higher quality, more advanced, and can compete with universities at the international level.
