IBSN International Program Students, GEP, Collaborate with Sungai Watch in Mangrove Cleanup Service
On June 7, 2024, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University carried out community service activities in the form of mangrove cleaning at Mangrove Denpasar, Last Point. This activity is the result of collaboration between FEB Udayana and the environmental organization Sungai Watch, with the main objective of cleaning the mangrove area from garbage and preserving the ecosystem.
The clean-up involved the active participation of students from the International Business Study Network (IBSN) and Global Engagement Program (GEP), as well as lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business. They worked together and worked hard to collect and eliminate the trash that polluted the mangrove area.
Participation in this activity not only has a positive impact on the environment but also raises awareness of the importance of nature conservation among students and lecturers. By participating in this real action, they learn about social responsibility and contribution to environmental sustainability.
