Denpasar, 6 August 2020 The Doctor of Management Science Study Program conducted an Open Examination with students on behalf of Ni Made Dwi Puspitawati with the title of the dissertation "The Role of Work Engagement Mediation and Work Decisions on the Effect of Work Family Enrichment on Turnover Intention of Female Employees at Four Star Hotels in Badung Regency, Bali. ".

The Open Examination was chaired by the Dean of FEB Unud Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, SE., MT., Ph.D as the chairman of the session, and was attended by the Promoter Prof. Dr. I Wayan Gede Supartha, SE., SU, Kopromotor I Dr. Dra. I Gst A. Manuati Dewi, MA., Kopromotor II Dr. I Gede Riana, SE., MM, Refutant Dr. Ida Bagus Ketut Surya, SE., MM, Dr. Made Surya Putra, SE., M.Sc, Dr. I Made Artha Wibawa, SE., MM, Dr. Putu Yudi Setiawan, ST., MM and Academic Examiner Dr. Putu Gede Sukaatmadja, SE., MP, Dr. Ni Putu Wiwin Setyari, SE, MSi, Dr. I Gst. Ayu Nyoman Budiasih, SE., MSi. Promonenda Ni Made Dwi Puspitawati was declared to have graduated from doctoral education and is entitled to use a doctorate with the title "With Praise".
