The S1 Accounting Student Team won 3rd place in the National Business Plan Competition.

The Entrepreneurship UKM of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University held a national competition, namely the Business Plan Competition, with the theme "Increasing the Persistent, Creative, and Innovative Spirit of Entrepreneurship in the Era of Modernization," which was conducted online on Saturday, February 10, 2024. The Faculty of Economics and Business of Udayana University, represented by a team from the Accounting Undergraduate Study Program class of 2022 with the title "Innovation of Instant Noodles Made from Lentils (Lens Culinaris) and Cassava Flour (Modified Casava Flour) as a Gluten-Free Product," won 3rd place in the national competition.


The student team that won third place in the national competition was Team Lenris, consisting of three students, namely Kadek Aldi Cahyana, Mafira Salsabil Oktivilia, and Gita Mumtaz Rangkuti. In this competition, they were guided by the supervisor, Dr. Gede Bayu Rahanatha, S.E., M.M.


In the business plan proposal, several advantages of the product that has been introduced by the team are mentioned, namely the use of lentils and cassava flour as processed noodles for raw materials. This product is also suitable for consumption by consumers who are running a diet program and gluten intolerant, and it is also packaged in an environmentally friendly bowl and can be consumed more practically.
