2 FEB Unud teams passed the selection process for the 2024 Entrepreneurial Student Development Program
Denpasar, a semi-autonomous body of young entrepreneurs FEB Unud: Two teams from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University (FEB Unud) have succeeded in showing extraordinary achievements by qualifying for the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW) in 2024. The two teams are part of 11 Udayana University teams that passed P2MW, which will receive funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) to realize their business and will be introduced in the Indonesian Student Entrepreneurship (KMI) Expo 2024.
With full guidance and support from Dr. Ni Putu Santi Suryantini, SE, M.M., the Sehatin Team, led by Ni Putu Indah Sri Gayatri, with four team members, namely Regina Tri Artika, Ni Luh Intan Sari, Ni Kadek Tiyas Intan Cahyani, and Kadek Diva Maharani Widiartha, successfully developed “Sehatin Candy." This innovation is in the category of food and beverages oriented towards health benefits and is designed to support the promotion of a healthy lifestyle through candy. Each ingredient used in its manufacture is made of natural ingredients that are good for health. With this product, the Sehatin Team is committed to providing an alternative candy that provides health benefits compared to conventional candy.
The second team, under the guidance of Ni Nyoman Ayu Diantini S.E., M.M., Ph.D., led by Anak Agung Gede Mahardika Juliananda along with I Dewa Ayu Ari Pradnyani, Made Dandi Prasetya, and Kunti Dewi Dhasi Aryawan, has presented a breakthrough in the form of “Innovation of Contemporary Probiotic Drinks Rooted in Balinese Culture." The team, consisting of students from the Bachelor of Management and Bachelor of Food Technology programs, not only succeeded in creating a probiotic drink that promises health benefits but also succeeded in preserving and elevating Balinese cultural heritage to the global stage.
Both teams have shown tremendous dedication and innovation, and FEB Unud is very proud of their achievements. We hope that this success will inspire other students to continue to innovate and contribute to society and the local economy. (pal)
