FEB Unud Holds Prayer in Observance of Hari Suci Purnama Sasih Karo

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, organized Prayer in observance of the Holy Day of Purnama Sasih Karo on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Held at the Pelinggih Tugu Karang Shrine at the FEB Unud Bukit Jimbaran Campus, the gathering was attended by faculty leaders, study program coordinators, administrative staff, and members of the academic community as a meaningful reflection of integrating spiritual values within the academic environment.

The joint prayer service served as an expression of gratitude to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa (God Almighty) while seeking divine blessings for health, safety, harmony, and the smooth execution of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi) across FEB Unud. The auspicious occasion of Hari Suci Purnama Sasih Karo was also embraced as an opportunity to deepen sraddha (faith) and bhakti (devotion), while fostering unity across the entire academic community.

Commencing solemnly at 3:00 PM WITA (Central Indonesia Time), the service proceeded in accordance with traditional Hindu prayer rituals, with all participants engaging in serene harmony. Beyond fulfilling a spiritual devotion, the event reinforced the core values of togetherness, tolerance, and kinship that FEB Unud consistently upholds.
