FEB Unud Convenes Leadership Coordination Meeting for Q3 2026 Performance Evaluation
Denpasar – The Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, convened a Leadership Coordination Meeting to evaluate institutional performance achievements and reinforce operational alignment across the faculty. The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs/IKU) for both the faculty and its constituent study programs through the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
Beyond assessing current milestones, the meeting outlined strategic measures required to meet the 2026 KPI targets. Discussions addressed critical operational issues requiring executive decisions and follow-up actions, particularly in the domains of academic and student affairs, as well as planning, resource management, and strategic partnerships.
Through this coordination meeting, FEB Unud seeks to harmonize strategic directions and strengthen cross-unit synergy in support of faculty-wide target realization. Continuous evaluation and structured coordination are expected to elevate institutional governance and ensure the optimal attainment of the faculty’s long-term objectives.
