Neuphoria 2026: Transforming Education into Economic Power to Build Sustainable Human Capital
Denpasar, Saturday, September 19, 2026 – The Economics Student Association (HIMA Ekonomi) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, successfully held the International Economics Euphoria (NEUPHORIA 2026) in a hybrid format on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Centered on the theme “Transforming Education into Economic Power: Human Capital Development for Decent Work and Sustainable Economic Growth (SDG 4 and SDG 8),” the event served as a dynamic learning platform bridging insights on education, human capital development, and workforce dynamics.
The program commenced with participant, guest, and invitee check-in via Zoom Meeting. The event was officially opened by the Coordinator of the Bachelor of Economics Study Program, followed by a pre-test administered to assess participants' baseline knowledge.
Following the opening, participants attended a keynote seminar featuring Samuel Ray, which included an interactive discussion on the strategic role of education in developing adaptive human capital capable of navigating modern economic changes. The event continued with an engaging talk show hosted by Muhammad Fuadi Najiyulloh, who shared practical perspectives and career experiences to strengthen participants' understanding of skill enhancement and career readiness.
As part of the evaluation framework, participants completed both pre-test and post-test assessments. Based on cumulative scores, the top three performers were awarded honors in recognition of their outstanding participation and comprehension.
In appreciation of their contributions, HIMA Ekonomi FEB Unud presented Certificates of Appreciation to guest speakers Samuel Ray and Muhammad Fuadi Najiyulloh for sharing valuable knowledge and insights. Through NEUPHORIA 2026, HIMA Ekonomi FEB Unud reinforces its commitment to helping students understand the vital interplay between education, human resource quality, workforce demands, and sustainable economic growth, preparing them to meet the evolving requirements of the professional world.
